Hotel booking step by step

The first step is to define Your destination and the dates on which you want to use the accommodation. In box "destination" write the name of the city or the first three letters. You will see a proposed list of locations corresponding to the query with the number of hotels. If you already have your hotel, you can write its name in the box next to it.

Then give the number and type of rooms, the hotel category and number of persons for which the reservation is to be made.

Po kliknięciu w przycisk "szukaj" pojawi się lista ofert zgodna z kryteriami zapytania. If you have a price limit you can enter the "price limit" and specify the currency.

When you click on the button "search" You will see a list of offers in accordance with Your criteria.

At the beginning of the second step, the system checks availability of all hotels in chosen area so you get only the current offers with the number of rooms.

Offers are sorted from the lowest price. You can change the criteria sort by popularity, the hotel's name, type and determine whether the sort is to be arranged in ascending or descending order. You can also select hotels in a particular area.

By using the side menu, you can narrow Your search results to specific offers  in the price range, in a given distance from the city center, with a given number of stars, certain equipment (such as Internet, TV, laundry service), type (eg. hotel, resort) and character (eg. business hotel, for honeymooners, Gay Friendly). In the list of results with each offer, You receive information such as the hotel name, star rating, average rating of our guests, hotel description and price. You can also see the exact location of the hotel on the map.

In this step, it is possible to compare hotels. Simply select the desired range and click on the button "Compare". You receive a clear comparison of hotels and their equipment. When you select a hotel click chosen offer and go to the next step of booking.

In the third step all details are presented including photographs of hotels and surrounding areas, weather, a list of interesting places in the area, together with distances and travel plan, equipment and conditions of booking hotel accommodation. You can also take a virtual walk through the Google Street View and learn about the assessments of visitors from around the world who have already been in this hotel.

After selecting the offer, click on the "book".

The next step of booking is presenting selected options, highlighting services included in the price and regulations of the reservation, cancellation and payment. In this step, You enter Your personal data ,as well as other guests’, and way of payment.

After reading and accepting the booking conditions, please click on the button "book".

The last step is to confirm the booking with its number and necessary data. You also will receive it by e-mail address  given while booking.
